  • Tea and Poetry; Read “The Land of Nod” from A Child’s Garden of Verses By Robert Louis Stevenson.
  • In Beast Academy. Work on online lesson through addition. Making addition easier.
  • Continue the food chain art project. Eyeballs and teeth on the Polar bear and Walrus (Phase 3).
  • Read of math story The Life of Fred-Farming; Chapter 4; Collective nouns and sets + union of sets;
  • Story of the World Chapter 20; The barbarians that came and settled Greece. The stories of Homer. The tale of Polyphemous.
  • In our reading instruction All about Reading, Chapter 50 and 51;
  • Read the Short Stories in All about Reading.
  • Review syllables, 1, 2, and 3. Did an activity separating syllables.
  • HWT Cursive Kickoff writing with page 28, Starting “C” and words.
  • Practicing the cursive c. page of c’s to copy. Copy name in cursive.
  • Group movement class on Mondays from 5-6 @ Together in Movement.
  • In practical life, Cecelia walks dogs and walks between 4-5 miles a week.
  • Talk about Martin Luther King Day.
  • Started with the Happy Atoms app and game. Built various molecules.
  • Prepare to Start “All about Spelling.” Level 1, Lesson 1. Review and document the Phonograms.
