  • Right Start Math, Lesson #83; Enrichment Adding really large numbers and patterns.
  • 2 (1/2 hour) of Minecraft.
  • Intro to The Good and the Beautiful (TGTB) Math 3. Lesson #1 Euclid the Mathematician. Defining a point, a line and intersection.
  • In our reading instruction All about Reading, Prep board and materials. Lesson #40; Silent E can have two jobs. Detective Dog activity. Practicing reading word cards 202-211 and fluency sheets.
  • LA instruction, TGTB Lesson 5; Reading review, animal adjectives, homophone practice four and for, and edit the story.
  • TG and TB Level 2 Handwriting workbook; Page #12-13 Handwriting practice. Overview of A-J and sketches.
  • Explode the Code, Level 3, pages 41-47.
  • The Story of the World, Chapter #3 Christianity comes to Britain. The monks of Britain writing books by hand. Color an illustration. Start the Byzantine Empire.

  • Addition Facts that Stick. Review addition adding +2 to a number, and visualizing the 10 frame. One practice sheet.
  • The Life of Fred; Goldfish; Chapter #3 Mail; three four inch books make a foot, five meanings of lifetime guarantee, concurrent lines and reiteration.
  • In our reading instruction All about Reading, Prep board and materials. Lesson #39 Continued; Soft C and the Second Job of Silent E. Hammers and Feathers activity. Review word cards 192-201 and Practice Fluency.

  • Right Start Math, Lesson #77 and #78 The Hours on the clock and Hours and Half Hours. Addition warm up, Use hands on the clock, look at the geared clock and put the hour cards down. Use arm positions to show the hours and play the hour memory game and drawing hands. Worksheet #30.
  • 2 (1/2 hour) of Prodigy.
  • Addition Facts that Stick. Review addition adding +2 to a number, counting up. Three worksheets of simple adding using the 10 frame.
  • In our reading instruction All about Reading, Prep board and materials. Finish Lesson #37 and Start #38; The third sound of U; Practice Reading Words and Fluency. Read the Dragon in the Wagon from the AAR primer.
  • LA instruction, TGTB Lesson 2; multisyllable words, read the poem of September by Edwina Fallis. Spelling and Homophone practice four and for. Clap out spelling words, month, warm, says, sure, what and true. Write a sentence in the workbook. Reading practice and comprehension. Read aloud the story of Polly from the primer.
